Kitchen Curtains... Do We Like Any of These Fabrics?

I found these Amy Butler fabrics while trying to figure out what I should do for curtains in my kitchen.



My kitchen is mostly neutral: white cupboards, dark gray/black floor and counters, stainless steel appliances, and warm, light gray walls. And there are two windows in the little nook area that need curtains.

**Note: That nook set-up isn't finished... I change my mind about what I want there like 3 times a day, so pay no attention to the desk and stuff**

I'm starting to develop a red color theme in the kitchen (kitty's food and water bowls are red, I'm getting a red paper towel holder, and now the color of choice for other kitchen objects will be red), so I'm leaning towards #2. I also like the aqua flowers in the print against the red (my new color combo obsession).
But then I keep thinking that I should keep the curtains light and airy and maybe go with #1... or maybe have a not so complicated color scheme and drift a bit from the red and go with #3.

Any thoughts or opinions??? This is the first inspiration I've found for curtains... and so far it's the only one so any input would be much appreciated!
