As usual, I didn't get everything done that I wanted to do, BUT I did accomplish quite a bit and my apartment is living proof.
I thought it would be a whole lot easier doing the cure in a place that I just moved into, but it turns out that it's not. At least not for me. I managed to amass quite a bit of "stuff" that I just really don't need... and for some reason it's incredibly difficult for me to organize and empty that outbox (that one is still on my to-do list).
But enough of the negatives, here's a list of the changes I was able to make:

• Dusted, mopped, and cleaned the ENTIRE apartment.

• Backed up my entire music collection to a dedicated hard drive.
• De-cluttered the entertainment center.
• Tacked down extension cord to entertainment center.
• Wrangled all cables at the desk.
• De-cluttered books. (I even sold some!)

• Cleaned the entire bathroom.
• De-cluttered bathroom storage
• Installed two towel hooks in bathroom.
• Installed jewelry branch hooks in bathroom.
• Installed a shelf above the bathroom doorway.

• Reorganized my wardrobe closet.
• Hung artwork in bedroom.
• Hung curtain rods and temporary curtains in kitchen.
• Hung wire basket in kitchen.
• Hung the knife rack in kitchen.
• Removed more than one item from apartment.
• Successfully sold 4 pieces of furniture on craigslist. (This was one of the most difficult tasks)
And on top of all that, I was even able to get some Christmas decorations up!

They're tiny, but I like them.
I still have quite a long to-do list to work on, but I'm hoping that I'll be motivated to do a lot of it during my time off for the holidays. This is going to be my first Christmas in LA (and in my new apartment), so I might as well make it a homey one!

Wow, wow, and wow. I'm impressed (and it looks great there) -- I'm inspired to start the same clean-up...we're buried in stuff!
